Colour Grey, Don't Cover it!

There's a lot of talk right now about grey hair. Some are colouring their hair grey and others are covering their grey hair. Wella has launched a few new colours to work with to make grey hair more beautiful. I love the movement that is happening right now towards ageing and beauty. Women that have grey hair are not looked at as 'old ladies' it trendy and beautiful no matter what your age. Although I love doing bleach and tone colour because the options are endless, I'd like to speak about the options for people that have naturally grey hair. From the first few greys to all over white, there are many options when it comes to colour. You don't have to cover grey, you don't need to have 'tram lines' or 'look like a badger' (terms my clients use) you can soften and blend grey and make it beautiful. There are many people that have gotten stuck in the cycle of covering grey and don't know how to get out of it. Growing the colour out is not an option, you don't want to have grey roots 3inches long with dark ends! Being 100% natural isn't an option either, course wiry grey hair with no shine...... No thank you.
However, full coverage or no coverage at all are Not the only options. Colours can be soft and subtle with little to no commitment, but with softness and shine. From colour blending to colour glossing and toning, the options are endless.
